Exchange

Qualifying items are eligible for exchange if a support ticket is submitted within 30 days at www.digitizeus.store.  In the event that an exchange is requested, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping and insuring the item’s delivery to 4370 Lawrenceville Highway #0322 Lilburn, Georgia 30048.  

Items that are eligible for exchange include malfunctions of hard drives only.  The returned item must be returned in the same condition that it was sent and can not include damage due to liquid or collisions that cause additional cosmetic external or internal damage.
