History – About Digitize Us
Finlay Technologies LLC. began as a web developemtn and graphic design company established by Crystal Finlay in 2015. Since then, the primary focus of Digitize Us is e-commerce web development for which this site serves as an active example.
Naturally, web and graphic design require adequate software and hardware in order to complete the most basic tasks. Therefore, the primary products of choice to provide became personal electronics such as laptops, tablets, and cell phones.
Considering the importance of reliable devices and software in the fields of web and graphic design, we wanted to ensure that a discounted price does not result in a discounted quality standard. This is why our devices are inspected and described according to their condition.
Our quality assurance standards meet the system requirements for basic “work from home” positions including 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage space. However, we understand that careers that focus heavily on design require additional specifications. This is why we produce laptop devices with 16 GB of RAM and 1 TB of storage space.
It is our main mission to accomodate the student, the designer, the work-from home employee, and anyone else who consumes electronics with affordable options that are not a compromise of quality. As technology advances, we commit to advance our dedication to providing the most affordable solutions.
Each device is covered under warranty for repairs that do not include liquid damage, screen damage, or cosmetic damage. Our work continues to shape our policies. This means that we only proceed to sell electronics that have passed all diagnostic tests. This includes battery life and health diagnosis to ensure that customers are well aware of the machine’s performance.
